Programs pay an annual subscription that covers ALL faculty & preceptor accounts and ALL tech support for your program administrators. Students access ATrack with a separate, individual annual subscription (see below).
Campus
An Annual Subscription gives students access during their program and permanent access to their records after graduation at no additional cost.
Students can either subscribe on their own, or your program can pay for one or more students at a time. ATrack accepts credit cards for quick-and-easy payment, or you can generate an invoice to send to accounting for PO or check purchases.
All annual subscriptions give students access to all their ATrack clinical experience records FOREVER once they graduate. This will help them when applying for advanced degree programs, preparing their résumé or for job interviews, or just refreshing their memories of what they did in your program. PLUS, you can keep in touch with your graduates using ATrack email, announcements, documents, and post-graduate evaluations — long after they've graduated!
